Exploring and Experimenting

The weather hasn't been fantastic but we have managed to get out and about between showers to explore the countryside. We quite enjoyed a walk around Donaghadee and despite living in the area for so long we had never walked up to the Anglo Norman motte  or lookout tower.

Everytime we have went to Donaghadee we have walked to the lighthouse but not today. Would be nice if there was less grafitti and the rusty door preserved a bit better.

Smudge models one of the finished fish and chip baby jumpers and was very disappointed when she didn't get to keep it.

I also continued to experiment with the rest of the Cath Kidston fabric and vinyl I had left. I made a larger bag that will hold my art materials for my Thursday class. Have been browsing for some more fabrics for bags, patchwork and the possibility of a little dressmaking.
