Edinburgh 2016 part 2 and Portadown

Isn't the chandelier amazing in the theatre house. I'm not a pantomime person in fact I would go as far as saying they irritated me but thoroughly enjoyed the Alice in Wonderland musical. The costumes were amazing especially the white rabbit who came to greet us in the balcony part way through the show.

I found a fabulous patchwork shop that I would recommend and definitely visit again as I picked up a few bargains especially for my next baby quilt. I had got a few bargains also in John Lewis but this shop was much more specialised and the owner lovely.
This is the only type of shopping I enjoy and J was patient as I browsed but then again I had spent a day with him on Princes street and those parallel shopping streets.
A quick visit to Portadown before Christmas in return from Edinburgh. We enjoyed browsing the markets but the two young ladies dancing with fire were excellent entertainment.Smudge got to meet Santa again.
It was such a lovely atmosphere but not nearly cold enough for this time of year as the ice sculptures were melting as we watched them.
