As I mentioned before the public transport is great once you actually discover where it is. I certainly would never recommend driving in Nice. The speed at which folk drive long the promenade is crazy and the police don't even seem to notice so it must be allowed or ignored.
Moving into parking it's even more of a joke. Frequently we saw double parking and even at road junctions and corners.
We did notice that many cars have bumps and scrapes and it's no wonder. I think if a few traffic wardens were sent over from Newtownards they would have a great time.
I watched this lady park her smart car from our balcony and couldn't believe my eyes.
